excellent , showing the basic and why we practice certain things in judo is
so so important jiro kano knew what he was doing. SO so may places I visit
and watch the classes start and take short cuts in warm ups and drill to
just get into their randuri. Not all champions make great teachers and not
all great teachers are champions. the ritual of judo have a concrete given
purpose, I this covered this once I had 20 years plus into judo, I thought
i could take short cuts .
