Love these videos!
Great technique but you need to watch out for getting mounted when you are
bridging back and forth.
oooo ic well i am white belt as well with one stripe. Train at Vancouver Canada.
For the fact that I´m a white belt with one stripe, nearly everyone at my Dojo is more experienced than me. I train in Berlin, Germany. And you?
coz thats motion always worked for me even with higher belt. No problem, where your training BJJ at?
+dskynet112Thanks!! No, I haven´t tried it, but I surely will try it today at my training 🙂
have you tried to put your other hand in their neck and try to use bridge motion while push your elbow towards their neck it might give some space to closed guard thanks
