I’ve seen a lot of competition techniques, but this is outstanding – a
beautifully executed throw, superb control of his opponent, and planting
him flat on his back on the mat. An ippon that anyone would be envious of.

sasae is on the foot/ankle region, hiza is the knee.

He “prop” was slightly below the knee so it’s more like a hiza guruma.

it’s hiza-guruma (knee) not sasae-tsurikomi-ashi (ankle)
