In this video I show you how to setup the Russian Guard and go over some of the options you have from the load-up. The Russian Guard is a good guard position to get into because it allows you to control your opponents and break them down to immobilize their movements or slow their movements down as you control roughly 85% of their body when they're stuck in your guard, or Russian Guard shall I say. This guard is an advance and sneaky guard to use and with enough practice through repetition, in will become easy for you to apply and the Russian Guard can be one of you weapons you use in your game.
