everyone interested in BJJ needs to give Stephan Kesting a big round of
applause for making such videos on youtube. I find Stephan videos almost
everywhere on youtube showing various BJJ techniques.

there is a much easier way, you only learn it from gracie bjj, its called a
elbow escape from side mount

maybe its just me, but all these questions about it workin or not in mma…hell, i’d say it could work, as well as it might not work.i mean, do triangles, kimuras, guillotines work in mma?sometimes they do, sometimes they don’t.my opinion, which is not a very reliable one but meh, is that it depends on how much better someone is on the ground than his opponent.you can see blackbelts not being able to submit other blackbelts in ufc, with what you would say the simplest of submissions.i bet my house that a black belt bjj could do the move in… Read more »
