I use knee on belly a lot.
i wil try some of this stuf tonight. but i wonder if some of this works.
when i go fore knee on belly ill put in mij knee first before i let go of
mij over under grip.
Thanks for commenting.If you have good posture and the opponent can not get good head and arm control, they may decide to pop up to knee on belly. Every movement has a certain timing and energy.The principles of these escapes will definitely work, but like everything else will take some time to get good at them. I hope it helps your game.
