Thank you for your videos. When I feel my guard to be passed, I usually
roll into the turtle guard to avoid being side controlled, but it’s a very
unconfortable position for me. I can’t perform the “Wrestler’s Sit Out” as
they grab me really strong to avoid me rolling or recovering guard, and my
neck hurts when I try to do anything. I hate that and I need to check as
many options as possible, so yours will be a good beginning. Thank you ๐
