Nice thorough explanation
At 1:59 I said “thumbless grip” when I should have said “thumb grip”. To
clarify, when hugging the neck, use the “C-Grip” (with thumb). After
looping the elbow around the head, switch to the “Monkey Grip” (no thumb).
