Great instruction…..I never saw this sequence before….very nice
I have been fortunate enough to be able to go work out with the guys at New
Breed. This guy in the video, Sensei Ouano, very down to earth. Most likely
pretty dangerous, but down to earth. His style filters down to the students
and I get to roll with some of the best fighters jiu jitsu has to offer.
Tough Saturdays. I feel like shit on Sunday but can’t wait to do it again
next Saturday. Good bunch of guys. There are some pretty tough girls too.
