Thanks for tip #3. I’m a beginner grappler and I find I’m definitely not
mean enough to my opponent. Always timid I might hurt them in some way.
This video taught me that in order to improve I really need to be a bit
more realistic in my practice otherwise it won’t come through properly if I
need it in a real life situation. Thanks again for a great video Stephan.
