Train at the beginning with someone much lighter and taking it easy on you
first and you need to try and relax – then you can get used to it.
its your mind set. you panic because you feel like you can’t escape. don’t
even worry about escaping. get a partner, and allow yourself to be tapped a
few times. You will realize the worst that can happen is just tapping out.
No reason to panic, just relax and breathe.
trust the people who you train with. that they will understand and respect
