I have to say “THANK YOU PROFESSOR!” These concepts are so powerful. i have
started to drill this allot and these details have increased my positional
strength and my finishing from side control by 100%. I am now starting to
chain my submissions from side control which i found very difficult before
because i did not have this type of control and pressure.
