I love this heel hook because the move can be over rotated and turned into
a knee bar
What hapens if you (on the second one) bring his leg up in a half circle
towards his shoulder on the same side while keeping it bend 90 degrees so
its parallel to his body, would that be to easty to roll out of?? I don;t
practice BJJ so I could be making a big noob mistake, and if so sorry for
that in advacne, I just want to know more, just a big fan of BJJ!
