I don’t think this is a dependable sweep… But maybe if short time. In
desperation I’m sure you could do a rolling knee bar from there. But other
than that i find this useless

you’re supposed to be controlling at least one of his legs. Makes it hard
for him to take your back. I thought this wasn’t safe too, until I tried it
and pulled it off in training!

Great variation from the “Roleta” Helicopter Sweep.
