At the two minute mark of this video is a great spot to do a twister or set
it up. I have done it before. try it out guys. Great video.
what if they have the headlock variation and it’s hard to pop your head out
I agree to not getting caught there… However, can anyone provide an
example of when this position has been effectively used on a consistent
basis in the UFC, Strikeforce, ADCC, No-Gi Pan-Ams, or other top levels of
competition? I’m not trying to be defiant for the sake of arguing- I’m just
saying that it doesn’t get used regularly because of the danger of having
your back taken. Are you always going to lose your back, NO- but the risk
is MUCH higher there.
