Not bad transition but some advice if I may as an 11yr practitioner of
Gracie-Barra BJJ: In the video it appears that you are griping the
leg/ankle too high for a proper Achilles Lock. You need your forearm lower
around ankle..actually just below the base of it where it meets the heel.
Where you have, it yes you can still submit them but you are having to
exert more power to do so. Remember the further away you are from the pivot
point (ankle) the move leverage and less power is needed.

yeah and this was early in my career, alot of my earlier videos kinda need
to be redone
