The more I work on 2-on-1 positions, whether they are against arms, wrist, feet, or legs, I continue to be amazed how quickly you can turn a defensive position into an offensive one. In this move, I demonstrate how you can turn a typically aggravating guard game into mush with a strong 2-on-1 foot grip during a guard pass or lockdown setup.See details of 2 on 1 Foot Control Guard Pass and Lockdown Defense at http://bjjtech.com/tech/tech-detail.a…See http://bjjtech.com for the full Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Submission Grappling Technique Catalog.© 2010David ThomasAustin Jiu-Jitsuhttp://austinjiujitsu.com

Just to clarify (I dont have any sound) 2-on-1 foot grab is just grabbing
the foot with 2 hands.. what kind of grip is it? encased or focusing more
on one side of the foot or are you grabbing the toes with both hands? Cheers
@hfe22 Excellent question, and astutely observed: from the reverse ownage
final position, where I do the kneebar, yes, you can set up twister side
control. The reverse ownage is a very close relative of twister side
control.
Nice David! Would you also go for twister-sidecontrol as well, from the 2
on 1 foot grab while in someones open guard ?
