In this video I show a great way to steal the armbar from your opponent without ever your them ever being able to properly defend! I've been using this technique to effectively play unfair. Once I've taken his arm and trapped it, It's usually just a matter of time before the tap comes.

This is by far my favourite armbar to catch! I love the BJ Penn style half
crucifix/arm trap in back mount because it opens up so many submissions and
position changes you couldn’t really apply from regular back mount. Awesome
stuff guys!
