The One Arm Hook Throw(Drop Seoi Nage) to the left is a very powerful technique that surprises your opponent because throws to the left side are very hard to defend against. This move can be used in combination with the “one hand gi throw” technique that I showed before.
Hi everyone ,I'm NOT a Judo expert and I'm not pretending to be one .My intention here is to share a Throw that I always used successfully with a very simple footwork and that's it. Back in Brazil I trained BJJ & Judo and later in the US Greco-Roman & freestyle wrestling. I'm open minded and always kept learning from the best in the US( Gene LeBell, Gokor Chivichyan & Rico Chiapparelli to name a few).I was able to win two national and two Pan-american SAMBO competitions in the 90s + a few more Judo competitions with what I knew then. I have a simple rule : “I Keep Simple” &” I do what works for me.” For the “PURISTS” that wanna see a “Judo expert” go somewhere else . To say offensive words behind a keyboard it's kids game. This Channel is for open-minded people that want to get some good pointers to improve their games . Thank you Prof JM

its not correctly
Basic of basic
A very effective technique, especially if one drops skilfully (if you are
taller than your opponent). I believe that it would be most effective as a
