Goathook Escape from Full Mount (crazy BJJ technique)

If you're stuck in the mount, this unorthodox escape can come in extremely handy. Like the Goathook, flexibility is a must when performing this escape. Use with extreme caution, only in an appropriate gym setting with supervision from a qualified BJJ instructor, particularly when applying leg locks for the first time.Revolution Brazilian Jiu Jitsu strives to produce extremely concise, entertaining, informative grappling instructional videos. You guys pointing out that he is open to be armbarred seem to forget that
when the top guy gives up mount going for the armbar guy mounted can also

not only this, but he also explains to keep your elbows in. Which DOES make
the armbar much more difficult to do. Of course, I gotta try this next
roll, but from the looks of it, done slowly and with less control (like
doing it for the first few times) will be armbar bait. Until you get the
hang of it.

I’ve been doing this for 15 years. It’s incredibly effective and very high
%. I give guys mount constantly just to get this finish.
