Here’s a nice Cyclical Flow Drill I created that incorporates three different back takes. Cyclical flow drills are designed to repeat themselves over and over again. In other words, there is no break in the action (unless you stop). This is great because it gives you a great full body workout, builds muscle memory and teaches you how to transition from one move to the next. Remember you can create your own cyclical flow drills by simply stringing moves together that work in a reoccurring, synchronistic fashion. Happy Training!
