You’re a really bad uke. You naturally shift, even when you weren’t attempting the counter. Also, the the throw is improperly performed to begin with. His tsuri is loose, meaning there’s no real kuzushi. Less important, but still essential, is the lack of action with the hikite. It’s still a useful counter, but these little details show the skill level in this area. When someone enters that poorly, you don’t even have to counter-shift the weight.
