Lool tried this at nogi grappling and forget to lift him with my hips and
he just bear hugged my back
I tried this technique over my friend
I weigh about 74kgs and my friend is about 90killos.
But,, It didn’t work.. anyone please help me??!
my friend doesn’t do Judo, he does BJJ and knew how to
do rainfall so I asked him to do Uchi Mata on him.
hard to say if you cant see the technique but generally if a throw is not happening with little effort it's often because your hips were not deep enough.watch this video at 4:18 You can see how deep his hips are. That depth is what is elevating the opponent. if your hips are not that deep you'll probably struggle completing the throw.
You need to train with a judo instructor. Your footwork was probably off. I'm about 215 & my instructor is about 180 & he throws me with ease
