Not completely correct either. Kano was schooled in the art of throwing, he
founded Judo after surpassing his master. Judo was created based on the
throwing techniques he mastered there and the jiujitsu techniques he
mastered before that. The techniques might have been influenced by his
experience and education in striking arts in his early life.
