bit more hidden less movement and the counters r easy to defend if the guy
tries to buck his hip either side its there step on the forearm he will
most likely assume its a crusafix or and if u got the flexibility gogoplata
is also in place and even the armbar if they happen to turn u over and do
not allow but know when to release the position to get his force and use it
against him

this set up works in gi, no gi, and mma. It is a very solid position to set
the choke up from.

No offence but I have trained my self and have been using the mounted
triangle since Hermes Franca pulled it off in the ufc since then
