I will be letting people on my back to try this out this week for sure…
This is my go-to back escape, Joe. There are lots of variations of this
escpae, depending on where you are when your opponent takes your back. The
principles are the same in all of the variations: 1)transfer the arm to the
other side of your head. 2)get your back on the mat. 3)block their let from
remountin.g 4) get rid of the hook and shrimp out. I hope this helps you!
