@larryz101 @larryz101 To be fair, the rubber guard was not developed into
the system it is today back when Eddie was competing. However he used the
nice little Jailbreak->Cocoon->Fake Sweep->Triangle to be Royler. Not
saying all of that was his original stuff, but thats kinda where his bottom
game built on good flexibility came from. But you are absolutely right,
there are so many awesome guards for no gi jiujitsu it isnt even funny.
Soon rubber guard basics will be considered basics period.
