The first option is not a very good one: First it’s a neck crank not a
choke (pull too hard and you could damage the neck), and second, it’s easy
to bridge and roll you over because you have nothing behind you to hold
your position and you’re pulling in that same direction. Option #2 is much
better, unless you are rolling with me, in which case, please go for option
#1: I get a kick of turning people over and finishing them with a north
south of my own.
Thats a wierd ns choke. Hmm 0_0. This is my go to in side mount. Its
probably the most effective
so dont tap from it man if ur ego is so big, good luck learning bjj when
you deny its effectiveness and if u dont think its gonna make u tap.. have
a nice sleep bro!
