what if he just does a front role on to his back? what happens then?
I prefer the gable grip.. especially if its a strong opponent.
I really like this demonstration because of the fact that you kept your
weight on him as you stepped up a lot of these demos have the teacher
telling you pop up onto your feet without mentioning the importance of your
weight distribution. that’s a lot of letters. what I meant to say was
awesome job with the detail
