@muaythaijiujitsu1 strangely enough I actually find the first technique to
be a higher percentage move though I like the second technique better as it
advances the position. The first one is really all about timing as you are
essentially giving them what they want as they are trying to get their leg
under your foot anyways. the trick is to make sure you lift your foot high
enough before you transition to the knee on bely. oh and did i mention
timing:) Stay loose, Jay
i like the adjusted mount in the second technique, but i dont think that
the first technique is totally legitimate as if he were to grab your shin
and step over your leg, he would prevent you getting knee on belly and it
would make it easier to actually do the escape. maybe im not fully
understanding the technique!! what are your thoughts?? (im not smack
talking, im just curious as to how to do this technique properly!!!) thanks
