i love this choke. it works in a real fight. people just bum rush you
sometimes and they dont see this one coming. if you get a good sprawl but
see that the guy is still pushing his way to grab a leg, it is a great time
to throw this submission in there.ï»¿

‘Gator roll’ is wrestling speak… I’m guessing you live somewhere where
wrestling is popular. ‘Anaconda choke’ is a BJJ/submission grappling term
for an arm triangle from front headlock position. It is possible to finish
an anaconda choke without performing the gator roll, although you don’t see
it often.
