i wanna be a professional BJJ fighter so bad. this sport has my interest to
the fullest. after my class, i come and study videos and research on
google. even practice a little more after class ends… i wanna pro trainer
but to much money.. ugh i just wanna be badass at this sport, i love it so
much! its my passion.

Good stuff. I’d like to also point out that you can verify what Maia says
here about flared elbows being weak by watching power lifters bench
pressing. They do NOT press with flared elbows as so many “personal
trainers” preach. Their elbows are at about 45 degrees or slightly less
because it is a stronger more stable position that brings the lats into the
press.
