This is the Cobra Clutch or Sgt Slaughter
There is also a choke where you thread your hand under his arm, bringing
the side of your hand (maybe the wrist, actually?) along his neck. I’m not
very good at it, takes some tweaking. I can hardly ever get to this
position, though.
