This sweep is great from guard and half guard too. I use it all the time
and usually, since you have that arm, you can follow through with an arm
bar. It’s a nice sneaky sweep that not a lot of people expect.

This is very nice i like to use knee on belly not alot of ppl use it but is
a great weapon wen u kno how to use it
