First don’t cross your feet… when you have the back make sure to squeeze
your knees and extend you legs. Also pull your opponent the stretch him
out. It makes attacking the legs hard to do. If you have the figure 4 body
lock always keep it on the up side. If not release it

What would I do from the other guy’s standpoint in this situation to make
sure I dont get leglocked? I would prefer to stay out of leg locks when I
have a dominant position. Any tips?
