Here's a demonstration of a very simple, yet very effective transition off the back. There's maybe 10,000 ways to finish this choke, all of them have their own strengths. I wanted to stick to the very basics on this. When the opponent tries to escape his hips out you make a simple 180 transition right into the side choke. If done correctly your opponent actually puts himself into the choke. I've seen this used many times in high profile MMA fight as well. If you've been thinking you'd like to finally make that plunge into taking Jiu Jitsu lessons, and you're in the Van Nuys area, check out our website and give us a hollarwww.10thplanetvannuys.com
