I practice judo and i am an entry level practitioner.This one is similar to
Ura Nage,which happens to be a nightmare for the uke..
But this one…is the most smooth and calm counter i’ve ever seen.

great move to counter a single leg. first sprawl, then if the guy keeps
going for the takedown hit the lateral drop as fast as possible. its the
best single leg counter, often leads to backpoints or fall.
Basically every throw is legal in folkstyle except for the supley
