Quick question: I’m not really sure what the point of doing the pushup to
break grips does. In my experience the bottom man should be trying to
create space and stiff arm the top man away while the top man creates
pressure and uses grips to take it away. Hanging on to someone like that
from the bottom seems counterproductive. In your experience do people hang
on from the bottom like that a lot?

@lolll666 why would you want to learn a skill online?you need to be in a
school and ask your coach.You can always keep replaying it to get the
essence of it and then practise to iron out kinks.

dood. you dont give up head control to do the same pass. twister pass is if
you cant control there head.
