This is a look at a variation of one of my popular sweeps, the Anti Darce. In this video we look at how to enter this position from Quarter Guard. After having a LOT of success with the Anti Darce sweep I started looking at other ways to get that same grip. You will discover that the power of that tricept to bicep grip is unbelievable!I like to enter this power grip when my opponent sits up to disengage. You can take a same side grip and then swivel the elbow in. My only point of concern is that your opponent is not going to like this and may try to stop you by moving in. If this happens you must be careful not to elbow them in the face!Otherwise the mechanics of this sweep are much like the Anti Darce. Make sure that the majority of the power for this sweep comes from the movement of your hips and make sure not to bridge!

Looks impossible for no gui, but awesome for gui.
What I love about Jeremy’s techniques is that they’re so almost effortless.
I like ur emphasis on the use of the hips that really helps explain how to
stop urself from muscling the technique.
