@relaxinmind Another thing you can do, when you are really giving them
shoulder pressure to their chin and face, try bridging in to them from the
top! Cross your ankles and extend your pelvis. The makes them worry about
the bridge and that pelvis pressure, oscillating with the uncomfortable
face and chin pressure, you should be able to get that arm up.
@Propagandawar23 One of the tactics he is using is the shoulder on the chin
pressure, right at the very beginning 0:24 – The key is to make it very
painful. You can try to grab the back of his neck with Gi or no Gi and
really jam your shoulder in to their face and neck. The more painful you
make this, the less likely they are to think or defend arm their hand. The
key is taking them off guard, but if they know what you do, how can you get
them off guard? 🙂 Squish their face hard 🙂
