Say you are on your opponents back sitting upright, hooks in. Slide your
right arm across opponents right side of neck to grab left lapel Take you
left arm and underhook it beneathe opponents left leg Take your own left
leg and slide it up the torso, above the arm, above the head and on to
opponents right side of their head (same side as your arm) You pull on the
gi’s lapel while simutaniously extending your leg pushing their head and
neck into the taught lapel

If you can’t get the choke for some reason, place your shin on the back of
your opponents neck.
