If you want to make the opponent even more uncomfortable you can do what i
do. Take a garlic-oil capsule 1 hour before and when you get the kesa
gatame, become like a sack of rice with your weight on top and relax your
legs. Use this time as a breather and aim your breath in your opponents
face (to decrease their CO2 expiration and cause stress). And if you’re
lucky to have saved up a burp… belch away. The stench of the garlic
breath will really distract your opponent and that’s what you want.
