2

London was calling and we answered the call. Actually it came to the U.S., but just go with it. We had the pleasure of meeting up with Nicolas Gregoriades who provided us with a unique vantage point of jiu-jitsu that is so often overlooked, concepts. Sometimes concepts get lost in the drilling, what ever the new hot move is, fitness, etc., but these practical tools can drastically change your game. You may or not have used these before, but the simplest and small changes utilizing these can make a huge change in your game. In this video Nic demonstrates the brace concept by using what he calls the choke punch escape. Assisting him is the host of Open Mat Radio (http://www.openmatradio.com), Paul Moran. For more on Nic and a full breakdown of the move seen in this video be sure to grab a copy of issue #24 of Jiu-Jitsu Magazine.About Nic:Traveling from South Africa to the UK to study under 10 time World Champion Roger Gracie, Nic is the first practitioner that Roger awarded a black belt and he did so in only 4 years. Not only an accomplished competitor, Nic is known for his vast knowledge of conceptual jiu-jitsu and is one of the founders of the "Jiu Jitsu Brotherhood" (http://www.jiujitsubrotherhood.com/), a BJJ community with affiliates all over the world. Recently Nic created The Blackbelt Blueprint (http://blackbeltblueprint.com/) which is a complete guide to jiu-jitsu covering a variety of topics. For more great techniques, news, etc. get your subscription of Jiu-Jitsu Magazine today at http://jiujitsumag.com/Check out more great videos on http://iroll.tv/Follow us on…https://www.facebook.com/JiuJitsumaghttps://www.facebook.com/irolltvhttp://www.youtube.com/JiuJitsuMaghttps://twitter.com/jitsumaghttp://instagram.com/jiujitsumag
