you missing the point BJJ is specialised form of Kodokan judo and adding
any old lock dosnt make it part of BJJ wether u give it a posh name like
wizzy spider guard or whatever!! An bar is an arm what ever position it is
done in so it gains its routes from judo who in turn gains its routes From
Ju jutsu who then gets its heratage from the ancient Samuria art of Takagi
Yoshin Ryû Jutaijutsu! Stop trying to justify a martial art over another
and enjoy the training of it!!

throw doesn’t work or you fake one throw to apply another, it’s called
