Marcio Stambowsky (one of the famous five to receive his black belt from the legendary Rolls Gracie) shows us his ambush choke at a recent seminar. If you are ever in the Norwalk CT area I'd highly recommend checking Marcio out as his jiujitsu is off the hook and he is an amazingly cool guy.
