Thanks for watching. Please explain how it can be wrong when it works. It’s
just different than what you do. But that does not make it incorrect. The
only criteria for a technique to be correct is effectiveness and
efficiency. Again, thanks for your input.
The first choke is incorrectly demonstrated. It should be like a scissors.
The last choke was correct. Must tap early, can hurt the spine and neck.
